I did a quick swing by the Discord. Doesn't look like anyone knows. The fans there were also asking if there's any news, and there hasn't been any messages from anyone on the dev team since Feb.

Incest patch to turn the "roomate" character Emily into the MC's sister

To use it just place it in the game directory. That means right next to the .exe file on Windows, or to the .app on mac, or the binary file on Linux. It doesn't work for Android yet.

Where does this actually go on a mac? There is no .app file and the directory suggested in the FAQ doesn't exist.

Update: Nevermind, it is just hidden on a mac. God Mac os is stupid.
