i think it was OPEN FOR ALL version with fixing exist bugs in present 0.09.02 version
+ Baal published it by himself in OPEn and PUBLICK section of discord.

And I don't see the words "private" or "not for everyone". Or "test build" in the file name, version, or in his words at the time of publication of this version and links to it.
PS: I haven't played it myself yet, I just copied and pasted it here for everyone.
I thought I was helping players who at some point encountered bugs and abandoned the game in anticipation of bug fixes.

What have I violated?

When Baal makes a test build he doesn’t put Test Build in the title of the file. He is still using the v0.09 numbering, the official release would have had v0.10 numbering.

Also while it wasn’t stated in the Loser channel it was stated in the Livestream channel that the build he put out was a Test Build.

Yeah, that does seem like trouble waiting to happen. I was able to use it to advance Jesse to Alterna-Punk, but I'll use 9.02 to explore that and wait for the stable build.

Get your Aggression and/or Dominance skills to at least level 2 (the latter is more straightforward: watch lots of bondage porn), then hit her with topics with either of those tags. Aggression topics like Sales Tactics or Bookface are probably safer than sexual ones? (can't recall the interests bans of Boozer Mom.)

Saves are in appdata (C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\Night City Productions\Loser), so the new version should find them on it's own.

I suggest avoiding the 64bit version currently in the first post. It's a test build that shouldn't be there.
Stick to the 32bit version (09.02)

1.at immedigram sister becky she is always on her phone beetwen 19-21 and i cannot help her with homework or anything (i dont have any interaction option) so i also cannot go to party with her,only thing i can do is jogging shower and smoking weed at 17(smooking weed doesnt affect 19-21 room)
2.At Brother Lover Gina there is a scene with sleepover how to trigger it?

The lack of a button.... ... it's possibly a small bug where instead of showing as greyed out button it just doesn't show?
I'd suggest at least trying with a trivia topic on the chatbar.

As for Gina.... Yeah... sorry, could be interest requirement, could be high lust.

Thank you for your answer. My dominance is at level 2 and my agression level is at Level 3. I used the "in Control" Tag on her and the "vandalism" on her. The only thing i achived with these action is to raise her agression xp and her domanince xp. The Assertivness doesn't seem to come down.

The Topics that work best with Boozer Diane are Objectification(smacking Gina's ass when she is cleaning the bathroom) and Yes Sir(cumming to Bondage Porn 3 times) because they both have Tags that are a part of Diane's Interests (Objectification has Slutty; Yes Sir has Order).

You can also bang her during a certain event which brings her Assertiveness down but it has a few requirements. On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after bringing Diane back to her room, deny eating her out and go back to your room to watch Incest porn. Make sure she has high amount of Lust and you also have the topic Sexual Conquest in your hotbar before you watch porn. Two options should appear. The option you should choose is Really Give It To Her which requires the Sexual Conquest topic.
