Thanks, and yes I've already played with Draco.
Timing/Days in the WT have been altered since I built the upgrades out of the sequence in the WT.
Started quest after I posted of course.
But I did have some extra fun with the Aztec Love Goddess in the Onsen and Foxy 5 tails in the Tea room.
Really love the MILF's in this game.
Looks like Dylan will get a hot GF too... I'm jealous
Out of all the redheads I think I like Kath the best... likely her hairstyle just does it better.

If you talked to the 3 chosen about them then just go and "Talk" to Draco.
Take Draco and Bella and go fight demons and at a rest place talk to Draco.
If its completed then talk to Emily in the main hall or if its Arthur's one then just take Emily on the paths and its to the right of the map. (Just MC and Emily.)
Only response from talking with Draco was play with him or Training.
Bella is dead now.
Arthur's Treasure is completed already.
This failed quest is the last Supply run in the Deep done by soldiers.
Done all 3 but talking to Emily never completed the last quest.
Last day of Book 3 I can't do anything on that scripted day.
I'd have to load a previous save and start over.
Might be easier just to load a completed save from Book II before starting Book III.
Maybe someone has posted one before???
Missing panties, go click on Draco in the tea house.
None of them are important to book 3; some things are (having hatched Draco, for example), but the ones you mention aren't used.

If Bella is dead then you are at the or very near the end of book 2.
Only in book 2 you need to go fight demons and with the card comes up for "Rest" use it and talk to Draco to complete his quest.
How soon to the end of book 2 did you complete the research on it because it sounds like you ran out of time.
If these quest are showing in book 3 then you have passed the point of no return for them.
They must be completed in Book 2.

What BK are you in? How do you have Draco, without taking the Chosen on the undead dragon's quest??? Nothing makes sense.

Very near to the end of book 2 is where she dies and the chosen helps get Draco at the beginning of book 2.
This is the posters problem, he is at near the end of book 2 and its to late once she dies to complete any more quest for book 2.

So what would that look like if it's just in my download folder? Also, what's that first part you wrote "sudo chmod -R 755? Sorry this is just kind of confusing for me.
I'm not on Mac, so I'm probably not the best person to give you a line by line walk through (I've got no idea what the download path is, for example). Maybe someone else can help?
As for:
sudo chmod -R 755
This gives the app execution permissions (by default apps can't run on unix based systems, they need to have the execution flag set, which I can't do on PC). Here's a quick writeup on it:

Alright thanks for trying to help me with this, I appreciate the help.
I will say, all of this just works auto-magically on Steam (including on Linux and Mac), and I give steam keys to all patreons who want one.
You need to track down Booker in the morning at the university first. Note that I don't think the Book 3 walkthrough is 100% accurate; the guy who was writing it had IRL stuff happen towards the end.
