Imry changing her title should be available after the scene where you choose them initially.
There's not any repeatable scenes with Amy at home, only the one when Amber was in her body. Some at home repeatable scenes will be coming eventually.

If your saves are missing in this version that's because the creator changed the save path.
Old: C:\Users\<YourUserNameHere>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\LunarsChosen
New: C:\Users\<YourUserNameHere>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\PTGames\Lunars Chosen
To fix this, find the old saves folder, copy all contents and paste them in the new folder.

I have started the game, made a save slot. Exited the game, and transferred my old saves over.
But it is still not working for me.

Seems like the path changed. Went on my machine from C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\LunarsChosen-1549893754 to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\PTGames\Lunars Chosen
I copied my saves over and could load them without issues.
