one question for u.. can u change outfits for the girls in game? during the scenes?

Only while viewing the pages of the Kamasutra, you can change outfits if you bought them.
In the game itself (in scenes), you can't change clothes, because would need to do many renders instead of one. (In different clothes)

You need to combine the hook and rope. Use the hints.

Oddly, the name should have changed to Valerie. Try running the game without the patch, then saving it, and then loading the save.
If this does not help, return the incest patch, open it with Notepad, and change the name of Mom to Valerie (This is her original name). You can write reductions in some places, such as Val.
