IIRC this game was pretty much fully translated not all that long after release - I recall the missing text was just a few of the trigger dialogues with your alter egos (e.g. those events when you enter a bathhouse/bedroom) and trigger dialogues with the shopkeeper, possibly a little bit of dialogue near the end. Pretty sure I remember playing the entire game from start to finish in mostly english though. What does this new translation change? Improved translation quality + fills in a few blanks? Or am I misremembering how much was untranslated?

It's nice when these porn games have gameplay. I know it's weird to say that but there's not a whole lot of them.
Basically fills in all the blanks from that translation - the missing stuff from what I recall was 7 sex scenes, 3 plain events, 2 subevents, the monster girl profiles, text that appears at the bottom during scenes, room descriptions in the map, credits, jukebox songs, character names in Memory dialogue, scene descriptions in the gallery, room names in the memory space, bits and bobs of menu items, skills, config and other items that hadn't been translated, and status ailments. And, like you say, any of the events that were hardcoded into the exe (like the shopgirl scenes and some of the bathhouse/inn scenes) rather than in separate files as well.
Now, the sequel has 334 script files (plus 13788 hard coded strings) compared to the first game's 96 (with 4378 strings), so you can see why it's taking a bit longer to finish.

Im Having trouble beating the third boss in the icy area. Its 2nd phase spams those icicles which blocks my shots making it regen back to full health. Is there a contract or something that helps in this fight that i missed?

I assume you mean the ice ball boss next to the hotsprings area. For that boss I used double fire spirit summons with the base girl and held down the attack button. It ended up melting the boss much faster than it could regen.
Ah so there is a contract that helps beat it. by fire spirit you mean those fire girls that travel along the walls and ceilings right?

Yea those ones. They work like options in shmups and attack with your character. Don't know if there's a better way to kill that boss but that's the way I did it.

How can I do this? im currently using save file under save folder and stuck on "my room" map or whatever it is. How can I go back to first map bathhouse or how to do this Locked Techniques?
