Okay, I've completed two ladder scenes with Diane, had anal sex with Sarah, my QDPA is at 15 and not advancing, and I've completed all of the achievements. Am I missing anything, or have I reached the end of the current release?

7.5.3 Hang out with Jenna and Jenny in the gym (0.11.05)
This scene is only available if the scene in section 9.1.34 has been completed.
It is available at 21:00.
It has two variations and on of which includes Sarah, which one depends on a random
factor.

Problem is, I've tried 30 times and Sarah never joins

Stats are maxed:
Sarah 55/55
Jenny 40/40
Jenna 40/40
Helen 35/35

It's about a 20% chance to get it, so you've just gotten unlucky.
That said, those scenes aren't really supposed to be "chased" if you understand what I mean. It's meant to happen over time as a lot of these scenes will remain until the completion of the game.
When she joins there will be an indicator that's she there too so you don't have to check the scene every time to see if she's there or not.

No, only scenes in the achievements menu are mandatory.

9.1.24 is showing as undone but it does not trigger at all, nothing happens after 1 month scrolling days...
