You still have to complete General #5, 6, 8 - 11, 13 and 14. Once you've done those, then you can play the bonus ending (General #16).

The bonus ending unlocks once you have ALL of the achievements (except general #16) completed. That's why the option for that ending isn't available to you yet, you still have those 8 other things I mentioned to complete first.

You need to make sure that you respond to her stuff with the right choices, there are a few variables.

If you have already dated her while she was wearing one dress (like for instance, the red dress), pick the other dress (grey sweater) or vice versa (depending on what you picked for the last date).
Yes, are you checking on her when she is doing them at noon?
game gets bugged after i enter the landlady room and check her computer,when i come out of the room and i am in the hall between the 2 rooms i cant move anymore and it just stays here,i can click other things but i cant move between rooms

I'm not noticing any issues while I'm in Claire's room reading her laptop nor after when I register a fake email address from the MC's PC. I went on ahead and at least registered the fake email address and sent the first fake email, so Claire is showing two new hints now. Please let me know if you have any more problems and I'll look into it a bit deeper to see what's going on. For now, you should be good to go.
Replace the original save with this one and, while the game is still running, go into the phone and load the fixed save using the up arrow. You should see the new hints.
i dont really know how do dowload the save as it is because it changes to a text file
