He didn't "quit". He's completed with MotH and working on a new game. But he may add more content at a later date.

I changed the points to 100. It seems to work. I don't know why, but nothing else raises submission. Maybe I missed something. Don't you have any earlier saves?

Sorry, I'm not trying to be dense. There is no tutorial that I can see. I start a new game, enter in my names, go through about 12 slides, and then I am in game. Does the tutorial continue for the first game day or something?
