I'm not sure what you mean here, but I'm guessing you mean Claire's Nightwalker achievements. Visit Claire's room after midnight and try the different combinations of what you can do.

I finished but it still says theres a future I havent thought about, even though I went through all the futures and scenarios. Is that just the end of it?

Go into Achievements general tab and make sure they are all at 100% except Number 16. if they are go to bed and think about your future another option will have opened up
To complete the final ending Ashley's jealousy and Claire's suspicion need to be at 5 so do Saturday morning yoga and alternate between Claire and Veronica

To add to what Larry said, since you need to unlock all pictures and odds are one is missing - that can be done via cheat console on the phone.

There are more achievements that are not memories, you need them as well. Also, as has been said, Ashley's jealousy and Mom's suspicion need to be at 5 (do that during yoga or beach trips).

No, you can only play it through Wine or a VM in Linux.

Right now i'm having some "issues" with proton that cannot let me use this with Wine on my laptop so I've used a VM with Windows 7 to try the MoTH on my Lubuntu...

The "grind" is actually a lot less than it was before the 0.8.3 UI update.
