Thats hmm not so nice, because atm is looks like that is not possible to patch week1, so if i understand it right there is no way to play week2 patched, right ?

Nope if directions were followed there is absolutely no reason to redownload anything.
Week 1's patch is still available on the same site as week 2's

so how much are people enjoying Week 2 is it far better then week 1 and are there real actual good choices?

I'm enjoying it, seems quicker. I'm hoping for more story heavy updates soon, but the new lewdness is both exciting and bizarre, at least to me. I'll say I'll never look at a household pest the same way again spider scene

Hmmm it has been mainly skip or partake choices and the "story" is moving forward a tad, that said week two is mainly one lewd scene to the next with no real choices of what you mean; I think anyway.
I can see it's not for everyone but I am enjoying it none the less.
I mean if the porn good I will give it a go I just prefer story+characters on top which imo aids the porn also.
But ya like how changelog has this:

Since Week 2, many choices use points, you can see that if you cant make a rollback.
