Never played chapter 1, and chapter 1 at some point was only in French.

Maybe someone who really knows what they are doing can load a full .54 version, not just the update? I've tried using the update, and get the same results described by several people here (no image files). Both Windows and Mac would be nice, but I can make a Mac version from a full Windows version of a Renpy game. Thanks!

THIS, already told this in previous update.
So many people can't just do the things wrong while patching the game.
Result is being a broken game...black screens, images and animations are not loading, getting error messages.
Please send an already patched and properly working (tested) 1 file to download version. 'Unzip and double click on application to run version'

Yeah, it should be.
First link I posted (MetF-CH3-0.54) is OP 0.50, patched with OP 0.54 update only.
