Try to click on gate in middle then you can enter tree house.

I try to check it and the result is you must finish cristine, Ellis, and mom. Then check dad sleep near pool. After that you can take blanket in upstairs. Left room. in middle left corner.

Have you tried talking to anyone and everyone you can at your friend's house???

Seriously, experiment with the game before you come asking silly questions.
