Ah ok, i didn't know this thing… but what will happen if Bob knows of the relationship between MC and Linda?
The consequences of this choice are already known?
Nope. Gotta wait until Linda's next update (scheduled to be v0.8, due out in December) to see how the story continues.
I have choosen that Bob catch Linda in the act, hoping in some cuckold scenes! (Bob watch MC and Linda having sex…)

I guess I just take umbrage with the fact that you think it's your place to determine what people should be making for a given amount of work. And from what I can tell it's just your assumption that he's working less than 8 hours a day based on whatever formula you've concocted to calculate his actual time spent working.

You're outside the black box. You don't know what Icstor does with this time, his money or his energy. You don't know how long it takes to produce a game. You don't know how much he's paying his assistants, and you don't know what he does with the excess revenue.

You're standing on a platform of almost pure conjecture and I think the other readers here, especially those of us who are patrons, don't give a shit about your assumptions. That's all.
He makes enough that this is his full time job that he doesn't put full time hours to. If you paid someone to do a job and they weren't putting in more than an hour or 2 a day, would you be okay with their performance? What about if they kept pushing the deadline back? If this were contract work, he would be fired and sued. Conjecture on how much he makes is what I am doing, but even if he is only making $1 for each patron, which we know isn't true, that's still full time pay for a job he isn't putting full time to.

And from what others have said in this very thread, he has stated he will be working less on the game, for his health. Give him more money I guess.

Less than what?. For all I know he was working 80 hours on the game and less means 45 hours. Unless you can quote him regarding how much time he's actually spending on this project each week, you have no basis to assume it's less than 40. That's my point.

But you're completely disregarding every other point I made previously and are intent on belaboring what you think is a valid argument. So I'm going to get off at this stop. And to be honest, all this conversation has done is make me want to increase my pledge and then ask him to take a whole year off just to piss you off.

Please show clipping and objects floating, and colors changing.

Why does he need to make his models from scratch? They're based on store assets, but highly customized. Just look at the problems people had on the fan art thread trying to get the girls right.

But really, the big problem with your statements - "Why use an extremely limited engine like Ren'Py instead of unity or something with more customization."

That just shows your ignorance. Ren'Py is based on Python. You can do just about anything with it - with the possible exception of a real time 3d game. Not to mention the Midnight Paradise Unity debacle - MP was Unity, it sucked, and LewdLab switched it to Ren'Py. Much better now. Contrary to what you seem to be saying, Unity is not automatically better than Ren'Py. And if you don't think you can make something besides a linear VN with Ren'Py, check out Sakura Dungeon. It's a traditional dungeon crawler, with quests, exploration, fighting and items - written 100% in Ren'Py.

Trust me - I'm a "coder"! :p
Unity is an engine with great range. The only limit is peoples skills. The Forest is made on Unity and it both runs and looks great. Timestamps is run on Unity. Man of the house is on Unity. Ren'Py is an easy engine. it's simple and straight forward with a low bar to use to make products. Same with RPG maker. engines with simple structures and systems to make simple games. If the engine is so good, why does every game look so similar? Why is there such a low bar of customization? Maybe they don't want to use Unity because they need to give the engine makers a cut and they want maximum profits. Maybe they should try game maker given that allows for much more customization and would be able to make a more unique game. Like Hotline Miami which was made on game maker. I actually am a coder. So this isn't conjecture. I've used several of these engines and at my current skill level, I like Game Maker.
