I am not surprised at all about the situation of this game. Can't you see that happens with almost every popular developer? Excuse me but explain me that: How when they start to make the game, they are capable of releasing updates every month with low money incoming. But in the moment they got popular and rich they are not capable to release updates so early. The logic is: when you got money you update your equipment #PC, that means short time of renders, fast work.

Don't know why the dude wouldn't take time out to respond to his patrons, he's already shown willingness to delay the update for extended periods of time, and not all of the messages would actually require a response. Rings hollow.
I mean he could just be really busy with whatever goes on with him I'd prefer it if he just gets on with this update, but then again it is a bit concerning that he can't even spare a quick 5 mins or so I guess time will tell if he delivers or not but I'd say he is walking a very thin line.

It's because artist are not machines that you pour money into and then art comes out, like an assembly line.

In the fiction writing business there's something we call "Second Book Syndrome." Your first published book goes great, you have a lot of fun writing it, and you make some money off of it. But then, your second book is hell: You're painfully aware of all the ways your first book could have been better, and you work much harder to meet not only your audience's expectations for quality but also your own.

On top of that, there's a ton of added pressure: If your first book doesn't sell, it's not a big deal, you've lost nothing but the time you spent writing it. (Most authors don't publish on their first attempt, it usually takes 3-4 before they get something that sells, sometimes much more.) But if you're successful and then your next book flops, that's your career as an author potentially gone.

(And if your second book is a continuation of your first, it's much harder to continue an existing story than it is to create a new story ex nihilo.)

All of these things combine to make your writing progress much slower (and much more painful) on a second book than on a first. And second book syndrome doesn't really go away on a third, fourth, or even eightieth book, you can learn strategies to cope with these issues but you never get back to just effortlessly creating like you did with your first work.

i told that in November 2018 =D
At this point, I think a lot of players have figured out who the mastermind behind the scenes is. It's not exactly masterfully hidden away. She is writing a book about incest and is using Linda and her family as guinea pigs, which will help her book. At least this is how I understood things, when I last played the game (which is a while ago, I will admit).

I just hope we get a threesome with Linda and Judy at some point.

No truer words were ever written. I'm an engineer by training, manage programmers (amongst others) and it's hard to get them to produce a forecasted amount of code to a deterministic schedule. The technical artists that I work with are more production-oriented than many creative people but they struggle to accurately estimate how long it's going to take to do a certain thing and I assume it's that way for writers as well.

Also...I look at this as a patronage relationship with the various content producers where I'm contributing to them in support of the project of interest and their overall financial situation. I'm giving them money for the totality of their effort without a contract to deliver X content in Y time. These games aren't classic TV weekly serials and the idea that we should hold them a stricter schedule than a TV network or a retail game publisher is irrational.

This is what's gonna happen for Milfy city

The 0.6 update will be released end of September or October , after that we will have to wait for 0.7 for at least 8 to 10 months and it's gonna be the last update of the game with a rushed ending for the 3 main characters exactly like in Milf's villa from the same dev.

You will never see any judy content or progression with all the side cast , the black empty daz3d characters you see everywhere will never be rendered , and after that icstor will certainly stop creating porn games , he got enough cash to move on to other things in his life

I Think the reason why most of the People are upset is because some months ago in patrón was given a some sort of development time line. In this time line it was given the release months of three diferente versiones 0.6 in august, 0.7 in september and 0.8 in october

What a horrendous post!

  • You aren't armchair quaterbacking about something you are not supporting.
  • You aren't predicting a doom-and-gloom scenario about an established Dev, for your own sense of superiority.
  • You aren't trolling with truthy tidbits to strongly imply that the Dev and his team are hoarding time and money because of their current level of patronage.
  • You're not a sockpuppet who uses the same wording and sentence structure as the other sockpuppets.
  • You're not a low-poster coming in to offer black/white criticism for something which has ass-all to do with their lives.

I mean, how does this contribute to the constant bitching and trolling? Huh?!!

Sad!

Sorry, fried_ . Perhaps it might be easier to meet your lofty expectations if I was twelve years old and had a room-temperature IQ. I'll work on that immediately, m'lord ;)
