The second screenshot you posted - in that room (during a normal afternoon visit), click on the window. It will ask you if you want to unlock it. Say yes an then come back at the shop AT NIGHT. You will be prompted to go in. Go in and click on the wooden stand (bottom right corner). You ill find the key there.Hello have a question

They are not two-frame loops, if that's what you mean.
They used to be some of the best here but now they're just ok. The last update was especially lacklustre.

While I don't think it is realistic to expect the jump from 2 second loops to fully animated scenes to create anything worthwile, it is damn near criminal that Icstor still advertises them on his Patreon page even though he said in September 2018 he won't do them any time soon and, as you said, hasn't mentioned them since.
