The next game after Milfy City or at least the working title of it but we know the story that will happen to that when it gets released the ending will be rushed quickly because he will just lose interest in working on it.

Don't get your hopes up. Icstor announced in October last year he'd reveal one character per week in November. Since then he revealed 5 renders (Link) showing the main character and put the game "on hold". Add to that that the renders he did show honestly looked like a parody, I'd say there is nothing to be put on hold as the work hasn't actually started.

Pretty sure it was the official statement that Milfy Kingdom is "On Hold" until he rushes Milfy City to an unsatisfactory end.

Yeah, that's what I thought too: another game with a rushed end that is not really an end... That's a shame, this is a game i was having high hopes for. If the developer (ICSTOR) is bored working to this game he should give this project to others: i saw some people telling that they have the skills/will to continue working on this.

He's made enough by doing nothing, of course people are going to heap abuse on him if they're supporting the development of a game that he hasn't updated in over a year. It's a question of morals, and ICSTOR has none. Anyone going through mental health problems would have stopped payments a long time ago to try and lessen the backlash. My guess is, and has been for a while, that he's got a drug problem.

If the developer (ICSTOR) is bored working to this game he should give this project to others: i saw some people telling that they have the skills/will to continue working on this.

That would mean he couldn't milk money anymore, so won't going to happen.

That's one of the biggest disappointments of it going unfinished. I wanted to see the fallout after the dad catches Linda and the MC. Also the Harem or Pregnancy route choice at the end of Caroline's content (again, CAN'T HAVE BOTH?!?).

From what I can gather, officially: no.

Unofficially: pretty much.

At the moment it seems like the most we can hope for is a rushed and sloppy ending update... eventually. Maybe.
