This translation is "unofficial" and "made by a fan". Contain the incest patch.

From 13 october 2019 I have adopted a new translation and distribution system. Hoping to meet the many who have had problems with previous translations in .rar format, the new system includes a file executable (.exe) that does not need anything else.
It is the "raw" translation of files without grammatical corrections, often indispensable.
From time to time I will publish revisions which, in addition to the grammar, will correct the errors/omissions.

Dal 13/10/2019 ho adottato un nuovo sistema di traduzione e di distribuzione. Sperando di venire incontro ai tanti che hanno avuto problemi con le traduzioni precedenti in formato .rar, il nuovo sistema prevede un file eseguibile (.exe) che non necessita di niente altro.
E' la traduzione "grezza" dei file senza correzioni grammaticali, spesso indispensabili.
Di tanto in tanto pubblicherò delle revisioni che, oltre la grammatica, aggiusteranno gli errori/omissioni.

Its not under review. It has been reviewed. The sign you see now is just the standardised message to show up for a locked down page due to this sort of reasons.

T&S already did the review, hence the reason for the lockdown. From that point onwards its the dev's responsibility entirelly. As far as T&S is concerned they already did their part. For them this was just another monday at the office. They don't keep an eye on it. They are perfectly fine if it remains this way forever. When (and if) the Dev messages them will they bother with it ever again. So it will be removed when Icstor actually removes the outlined questionable parts and notifies T&S about it.

Seen "Under Review" pages remain as long as 8 months and i'd assume it lasted longer, i just stopped keeping an eye on the project at that point.

The point is, this is just the standardised sign thats on the lockdown surface.

He isn't winning anything since he is losing money this way. Losing everything to be precise. He won't getting pledger money unless he is Patreon compliant.

Unless he is ready to let it all go he really doesn't have options. Either work as fast as he can to stop the bleeding or give up on all the patreon money he was earning. There is no wiggle room here.

Obviously we don't know his real life. If he is reliant on other sources he can take his time. Buuut if we assume he has grown fat on pledger money and was dumb enough to rely on it solely, not investing in anything else, believing this will last forever.. then he is in hot water right now and probably working as hard as he can.

Of course there is a possibility that he just throws everything aways because mental conditions can lead to questionable life decisions. I'd be assuming he is now working hard to regain access to the free wage he is no doubt used to.

Btw do you know if patreons get unsubscribed when a page is under review? I know kickstarter does that when they ban projects.

They do not. I do not know whats exactly happening with their status as i'm not a pledger but when pages come back from lockdown they do so while retaining the pledger base. Its merely an educated guess that the billing is suspended otherwise this whole lockdown would be entirelly pointless.

I'm sure there are actual Icstor patrons lurking around. Maybe one of them can shed some light what exactly is happening with them when a project they are patroning gets frozen like this. I'd be curious to know whether they pledges gets suspended or just accumulates. Do they get a notification that the project is now locked down temporary, by T&S.

Pretty much yes, nobody knows by default and for certain, buut.. : When they are put under lockdown like this Devs usually don't keep it secret, the reason, why. Would be silly anyway, since everyone is asking what have happened. So as per usual, a statement was made:

Hii this game hardly makes any progress after 4 weeks it is still the same progress Milfy City v0.73 – 90% are there any new rumors why this developer is working so slowly, hopefully the patch is worth waiting for so long I love this game

ICSTOR for the past what.....3 years? Has been using one lame excuse after another. The only good news is that while it is suspended, he is unable to draw down cash.
