Saves are stored not only in MC\game\save, but also here C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Milfy City.
Saves from other games on Renpy are also stored in the Roaming folder. By default, Appdata is hidden, to open it, you need to enable the display of hidden folders in the folder properties via the control panel. Or enter %AppData% in the address bar of any folder and click enter, and you will immediately get to the Roaming folder.
But the easiest way to delete saves is to start the game, go to the Load menu, hover over the save, click Delete and confirm the deletion. The save will be deleted in both folders.

Because the behaviour of the dev is irrelevant to when discussing the quality of the content they've previously produced.
Now, if there was the additional option to rate the dev, that would be an interesting social experiment. I reckon that, within 48 hours, it'd look and sound like 4chan's pol board

like lemonfreak said the dev is irrelevant... Reviews at all times no matter what it is are for the product and only the product as is at time of reviewing
because many one star reviews were suspiciously deleted... or maybe those negative reviews were criticizing icstor and not the game

Because whether we like it or not, all the current content on this unfinished project is top tier among porn games.

because the mother fuck scene is still the best fuck scene in any game released, ever!
I think the game is a 5* just for that scene alone......
then ofc there are other stuff
but yea, sad we dont get to fuck mom in front of dad, while mom tell husband/dad to watch how a real man does it, but those scenes already in the game are amazing
