Wait till mall is officially open in story.
Then be disappointed that you never get to end the game.
I was stuck there over 1y, and no one actually help how to get out, I go back and after that speak with Sara and the story continue. I finished her and now I dont have any more to do in game.
But I saw in video on some guy in Youtube, he have a joystick in his bag, I dont have such item in my bag.

So just checked his Discord recently and he's been very active this month, talking to the fans again. Here is a compilation of ALL the questions he's answered:
So 2 things we learnt, the update has been pushed back to March 2023 (from January 2023). He also mentioned there being a 2023 Christmas update which may suggest he'll continue working on Milfy City once the base game is out, he obviously has his 2nd game to focus on.
We need the endings that's a huge thing, we all want to see Linda and Caroline get pregnant! The harem can wait.
