Celia is out of the game; however, there appears to be a bunch of pirates who have somehow finished her story.

These pirates are probably going to time the release of their unofficial fan patch to coincide closely with ICSTOR's official release.

I've only "discovered" this game 6 months ago, so the good news is the wait from my perspective has ONLY been 6 months. Didn't even know that there are 3053+ pages of discussion.
