Given the fast advances in technology, maybe in a few years there will be a fan made remake of "Milfy City", possibly with the help of AI.
I think this will happen, for sure.
Today AI is used as an advanced 2D compositor of existing 2D images. It basically picks up "bits" of images from various sources and merges them together but it has so many samples (millions to billions) and advanced eye fooling techniques that the result looks like it was put together by a human or it even looks like a coherent single image, as if it's not a composition (after seeing a bunch of results a human can recognize AI compositions pretty easily, though).
Next gen AI tools will be much more varied & specialized and one of these specializations will be reverse creation of 3D models from a bunch of 2D images. This will allow anyone to basically recreate 3D assets that are close enough to the originals, from a given set of 2D images. So you will be able to recreate the 3D vertex models for MC, Linda, Sara, etc. as well as for all the rooms and props just by feeding all the .jpg, .webp, etc. from the game into this AI and letting it chew.
Then you get another specialized AI to animate and move around the models. This greatly speeds up the posing of characters in different scenes as otherwise you'd need skilled 3D modellers to do the work, especially in animations where AFAIK the only way to make natural looking animations of humans moving (for longer than a few seconds in a loop) is to do mocap, which is WAY out of budget for porn games. With this AI you will be able to make bodies move naturally with just prompt engineering.
Put the 2 AIs together and you get very good visuals you can use to support whatever screenplay you can imagine.
The biggest advantage in the above vs. the current 2D compositor AIs is consistency of output. Today's compositors cannot be consistent when asked to do the same character with slight movement changes like you need for frames in an animation or even a scene made with several successive slides, perhaps from different angles (which would involve a char. slightly rotating). By going 3D, manipulating the 3D models and rendering the result the consistency will be perfect across the whole game and you won't be able to tell an AI (or several) were involved.
The above also works on 2D games. The end result won't feel hand drawn but it will be SO much richer (most porn game level 2D artists are actually very limited in the angles they can draw their characters well in and they're also limited in the variety of their characters; take whomever you think is THE BEST, put 50 images of his in the same field of view and be amazed how similar angles and characters actually are) and will be produced SO much faster it will kill 2D hand drawings for anything other than prototypes, pinups and some special scenes.
