Because ICSTOR is a scammer, if this update ever comes out, which I doubt, expect it to be a short and aticlimatic ending to get the game out of the way, just like all the games he has produced.

ICSTOR is one of the best developers I have worked for when it comes to payments.

They have always paid me more money than I originally asked for. ICSTOR has their faults, but paying me for work I do is definitely not one of them.

Not only that but I could not see any posts from him on the Patreon site for the last 2 days. For someone whom is promoting the resurgence of the game here on this site and that he is managing it's coming final update I would have thought that also spending time promoting on Patreon (where the paying customers are) would be obvious.

I'm still skeptical about this game being released and I think there is more going on under the surface than we know.

That's why he used the patch trick. Now, even if someone reports him, Patreon can't do anything because his version of the game is the most vanilla one ever existed, and he has no fault for the fan-made patches.

Of course Patreon could remove any creator at any moment without giving a reason and they obviously realize that these patches are not fan made. But as long as links to patches aren't distributed on Patreon directly creators seem to be fine.

I'd say Patreon is happy to take their cut from these games/creators but they want to make sure that the chances of them ever getting into legal trouble or being the target of bad publicity for hosting/promoting questionable content is as small as possible.

Game was never cancelled or abandoned. Just the Dev is very slow on releases.There is, supposedly an update coming out soon. Though I would not hold you to that.

I literally proved I was writing stories in perfect English at the same time as ICSTOR was releasing his first game in garbled English.

It wouldn't make any sense for a game developer to deliberately decrease the quality of their English for one of their projects.

Not to mention the fact that the fetishes I have been writing about since 2012 aren't even close to the same ballpark as ICSTOR's.
