After they release a patch, couple days after they make a poll for their next update. For instance which character/characters are going to be made for the next patch.

I'll take quality over quantity with ICSTOR, this game is easily his best so far and i'm not talking about just image quality, the characters don't have that empty feel that other ICSTOR games characters have had, so if that means he needs an extra month per update i'll take it.
