I don't know how to interpret the dates he gave.
He said that it would take about 10 days for the Beta (with no animations) to be tested but he didn't imply that the definitive version WITH animations would be ready after that, did he? What I'm trying to say is that after those aprox 10 days he will have a bug-free version ready WITHOUT animations, but I'm pretty sure that we will have to wait substantially longer to get a definitive version with animations and everything.

Basically to actually get it all it got delayed by a month. He did two delays in one. Don't know the point of playing a game without the animations. So yeah I'd be looking for a NOV release for that.
Don't give dates if you don't really know. Giving expectations is the quickest way to let people down.
He could have given a broad window. Delays are generally procrastination, good planning prevents them, period.

Better to not interpret this anymore.
It's like me taking a shower, i will tell my friends that i will take shower today but then i sit on my computer eating doritos and playing new call of duty, the next day i tell my family that i will take a shower this week like fully, not only dip in to water my big feet toes but then you go into reddit discussion about life and shit then it's 2am in the morning.
You also need to find time to bust a nut, it's aint easy to keep your word sometimes you know, thoughts get delayed and actions get delayed aswell.
We live in delayed world like really delayed big every year.

He said approximately 10 day beta phase, but definitely end of the month. I read that as don’t expect the final release before 31st of October. You’d hope the post-beta version would have animations, but he didn’t specify so we won’t know until it comes.
Without a release, the only thing left to discuss about the game is a lack of one
