Anyone know any mod of translation? i am not good at english i would translate them to my language plis

What's your language?
You can unpack manually rpa archives using RPAPRO or analogs, translate and then pack back using Renpy

Use unren.bat in the game folder of milfy city. "Unpack .rpa" and "decrypt .rpyc files" or whatever the options were called (and if the .rpy files aren't inside the milfy city game folder already. if they are you don't even need unren.bat)
Open the ren'py launcher -> Preferences -> Project Directory -> Add the folder above the milfy city folder. (i.e. C:\Games if milfy city itself is C:\Games\Milfy City\game )
Click on Milfy City in the left list. Click on Generate Translation in the bottom right list. Enter the language name you want to give it i.e. turkish mark the box below the name that says: "Generate empty strings for translations" -> Hit the button above that says: "GENERATE TRANSLATIONS"
After that's done, you should look into: "C:\Games\Milfy City\game\tl\turkish"
all the .rpy files need to be edited now.
Here's the renpy documentation about translation and what you have to keep in mind or how to add multiple lines if the turkish translation is longer than the english original and so on:

Alright I give up. Stuck with 4/5 Caroline and 2/5 Celia. Anyone got complete saves? Or tips on what the hell I'm supposed to do next? Caroline wants to have dinner but every interaction with her leads to nothing. Celia got mad after I deleted the footage and nothing since.

The two different paths mentioned are obviously the endings (single character and harem). How much content do you think there will be though when you say a character's content is not even remotely close to being done at 5/5?
For example, do you think the "Caroline ending" will be as large as or close to the content she got in 0.6's update? Personally, I expect the endings to be just one long scene with ~2 sex scenes. Maybe one before and one after a timeskip. I'm not even saying that as a negative. I'd be fine with that. Curious what you think.

The problem is that the developer is very unstable, it is possible that before the next release of news will not be at all

All I see is an ETA by "very trustful Discord sources".
So, technically ICSTOR is not delaying anything as he has not given us a release date yet.
