Curious.... yes....illegal...well if you have promised something and based on that promise money was given, and you do not deliver, nor refund the money, and you did it willingly, and depending on the country, the amount of money involved PER MONTH is a major Felony charge....... yeah illegal.

The closest one to being done is Caroline, since her main game route is over. I doubt very much we'll see her "post-main route" content anytime soon, if at all.
