there will be no more updates. Outside of the modding community, nothing new will come for this game as they are currently working on Project R (basically MbM2)
The download links in the first post lead to version 2.0.16 with all DLC and uncensoring, which is the latest version.

Due to its nature, you would not be able to switch it on and off like mods in the modpack. So I recommend installing it only for fans of big tits over small ones.

Thank you, didn't think the first page would have all the mods so I just thought to ask.
First, buy a potion for 5000 gold from Sena and Lena (you need to unlock them of course).
Then, go to your inventory and use the potion on the female slave you want to alter.
A modal will appear where you can modify the slave's visual elements

the tentacle room can do that, just needs the right effect.
Use barabara to upgrade a breeding room with tentacles. If you want to remove the eternal essence for example, you need to get "eternal" in the name of an upgrade and sometime, the tentacle will remove one level of eternal essence. Wait several days to fully remove an essence.

look at the image that i posted from someone else. That 2 girls are drawf with elven and furry partsI didn't pay attention to this detail sorry. I think the guy who take the screen has a mod that I don't know about. For the vanilla game or with mods from the modpack (on the first page), you are not able to give dwarves elves ears. For some reason the tentacles room's upgrade only had 1 option, is this a normal thing?
I have tried to reupgrade it more than 50 times as you can see. Pls help me pls.
Also I have another question, how can you make a slave olvum bigger? (for breading with minotaurs and salamander).

To have more effects through enhancement you must upgrade Barbara, completing objectives unlocks points that serve this purpose
You can with a modpack! You can find that here, which allows you to uh... have bigger bust size? And also everything about cosmetics.
