Nah... you are misunderstanding...
This game ... if you skip dialog message , you skip a lot scene too !!
During dialog , there are a little character photo on left top corner , that will trigger scene event.

the stat modifications do not save for me to when you close the cheat menu the stat are not modified

yes when i increse julia state example to 100 its rest by it self to 15 and i need to increse it again but again its decrese so i am stuck

I dont even see the standard bottom bar for back/skip/save etc
How do you get that to show up in this game. Dont remember seeing it in options-preffs

It was disabled. I enabled the quick menu i.e back, skip etc to add cheats button
