This series of games is always the same. Always frustrating as hell to stumble your way into the next checkpoint.
The developer needs to take some time off and play some of the other popular games on here to get a better idea of how to set up a progress tracker of some damn kind. They've always had bad progression tracking.(I've played them all) So much potential WASTED by frustrating repetitive gameplay.
No other game I've played has this kind of mechanic, I like the idea of making the choices for the girls when you do something pervy. You'd think that would make it easier to progress, but since you have no idea if certain scenes are helping or doing nothing at all, it's aggravating as fuck.

If the Dev reads this,
I've seen your excuses from other posts like this. But if people are constantly complaining about this maybe it's not them. Maybe it's not as easy as you think it is. Don't forget that you made the game, you know it inside and out. You don't need a guide to know what's happening, you don't need to make guesses about your progress by deciphering vague fucking clues.
Almost every other game has a cellphone or something similar that you can look at to check "love points" or whatever other point system they have in the game. It's so much easier to keep grinding away at something when you can look and see "I need 10 more points in *whatever stat*, I'll do *whatever action* a few more times and I can progress". CeLaVie games? The girl says "be nice to me". Fuck off. It's disrespectful to the players time.

Whatever, I'm sure you'll ignore this like you have all the other times someone brought it up.

So if the the MC is older or younger in each game, then in the next one he's either in Middle School or a ghost.
IMO ghost who corrupts the girls by possessing other men to seduce.

I think part of the appeal for this dev's games is the fact that you don't have a walkthrough specifically for what to do next. Honestly kills the fun of a lot of games for me if I just have to constantly use some sort of a tips tool or walkthrough as a reference guide. Agreed, Bob's in-game tip tool is kinda useless right now and would probably be better served as a table or menu instead of completely ripping us out of the game (I'd imagine the more elements you add, the higher the chances of glitches and bugs), but I enjoy not knowing what will happen next and stumbling upon it. There wasn't a lot of variety in the previous updates of MBFD2, but its beginning to switch up a bit so I'm on board again.

Granted, this experience should be mostly on-rails. Don't want to play a game where I need to click buttons in some arcane pattern just t move onto the next scene. The ability to make the girl play into MC's pervertedness is huge, especially with the illusion of choice he adds into it. Of course everyones going to fucking choose that route, choosing against that would defeat the purposes of his games. But the illusion of that choice just makes the games even more fire imo.

Yes - I'm reading this. I can see that this is your first message on F95 but honestly you sound a bit like a throll. Anyhow - at least you spend some time on this message and you sounds like you have tried to play the game so ...
The game you are playing is my contribution to the people that either don't want to support me or can't afford it. If I get something for free I do not complain but if something could be better - I prefer to give good advises instead.
You complain that I do not make games like others do. You're right I do it my way and I'll continue to try out other ways to improve gameplay. Some players likes it - some does not. I can't make everybody happy - sorry!

Many players ask for a straight visual novel. If this is what you're looking for - you are the wrong place. I read it as you don't like the way you can track the progress. The main problem for many players - especally when it's free - they simply do not read the game instruction but just expect that everything is as in other games and just click around. In that case you'll fail. Next issue is that many players do not read the dialogs. In that case you'll run into lot of grind and you'll fail too. For the first 3 episodes of season 2 I tried to make a new gameplay. That was not easy and I was aware that the game was significant more difficult to play - especially if you didn't followed the game instruction. I made the hint system to compensate but I realized that it was too complicated for many players - especially for the 'free' players. That's why I changed the game mechanics from episode 4. From episode 4 the game is much more straight forward and I have reduced grind drastically. Episode 5 and 6 are even more straight forward.
Any constructive comments are always welcome (Good or bad) however sometimes I need to ignore throlls and bullshit comments.
Have a great day
Cheers
Bob

I absolutely love the gameplay. It's a challenge to gradually get the girls excited about you and eventually defoliate or more.

However, it's a little annoying when it takes "forever" to get through the last two or three scenes. Maybe the progress can be accelerated a bit towards the end of the episode.

A constructive suggestion would also be that scenes are either not repeated, or are adapted to the progress. If you have reached a certain status with the girls, for example that they are lightly dressed, the scenes from before, in which they are possibly too shy or dressed up, no longer make sense. Perhaps in such cases, the images from the previous scene could simply be replaced by stills with different clothing, based on the current status. Just as an idea, I'm not a programmer (although actually I am, because I studied EDP in the late 80's with 7 programming languages, all of which are no longer used today) ;-) In this respect I understand the approximate structure of such a programming.

Otherwise I like both parts, but I found the end of part 1 rather sobering.

I played this game and at the end it said that your friend hired all the girls and they were escorts?
Was this true?
Also his daughter wasn't there?
So you never got to fuck the girls.

Thanks a lot for your inputs
Concerning status with the girls - I think I have done that in all my games. In the last episodes - scenes with no progress will not be available.

Well this game does have the girls icon's in the bottom right where you can view your relationship status and ask the girls other status questions, but 9 out of 10 times I click on one of the icons, I'm get an unexpected result, like being send back to the game, getting another girl than the one I clicked on, only having a few questions available, a message saying "can't you see I'm naked" with only the option to get back to the game or some other weird result.

Beside that. I agree with everything you wrote in your post. This game is fucked up. Anyone can release new versions monthly when they just copy the dialog from one girl to the other and spend zero time on checking for bugs.

I guess that depends on where you assume she is standing. If the dark stripes are supposed to be below her, are the shadows of her feet and indicate, that she is supposed to be standing close to the border of the brown (wooden?) ground, then you are right. Actually so far I assumed she is supposed to be standing a bit further to the back, just where her feet are. Of course she might be a little bit too tall then.
But what irritates me much more here is, that her left leg is semi transparent, because you can see the white carpet through it. And the right leg. And even the sand outside in the background.

I did that. The same happens there. The chapter cannot be finnished due to that bug.
You can fix it yourself. If you decompile and open episode3.rpy, at line 2785 where it says "show screen sam_mode", you can change it to "show screen june_mode". That should let you progress this scene.
For decompiling, I would recommend UnRen Ultrahack that's somewhere on this forum.

Celaviegroup, I just now read through the last few pages of comments here and I can see some people are pretty critical in a rather harsh way. I just want to reiterate; you're doing good man. Keep following your creative inspiration.
The fact that you tied up and ended season 1 and started fresh with season 2 shows that you're not just out to milk you supporters and that's a big thing. It frees you up to create the game that you want made without being held back by trying to psycho-analyse and manipulate your supporters into perpetual blue-ball suspension, forever paying for the hope to finally find satisfaction at the end of a tunnel that may potentially never end.
All to common a problem with many other developers.
Look, inflation hit a little hard and I closed down all of my Patreon support. But now, things are a little more flush financially. You actually seem like a decent dude to me and I really do enjoy your work, so I'm going to head to your Patreon page and check it out.
Stay the course. Make the game you want to see made. You're good at it.

Thanks, but I just skipped that chapter, because only very few scenes were left. And generally I think that bugs should better be corrected by the developer instead of by each player indiviually. ;)
