The cheats listed in the OP doesn't really work very well anymore unless you love to click your mouse a few thousand times.
You have to click 300 times for each of the 3 NPCs to min/max their stats then the stats seems to randomly reset at times which means all the clicking has been a waste.

Some mind helping me i am at 42/48 and the guild says i am missing 3 on the beach from 10-15 and she has to be in the blue micro but every time i go to the beach during those times she is doign yoga, what am i missing?

How does the "Fly on the wall" mechanic work? I really dont understand how to increase the lvl.

Just before the girl catch the fly press the MC portret upper left of the screen, each time the fly levels up!
