I'm curious, has there been 30 (non-patch related) releases of this project in those 30 months?
As the MC has spent the last couple of years at a male only school with little contact with females, how far along should the sexual relationship between him and Jen be when he only meet her 10 (in-game) days ago?

As for the second question, I already gave my opinion in the post that I wrote after the one that you've quoted.
If the plot is envisioned as a realistic slowburn taking a lot of time to pan out, then I think the story's development in the game could have been planned more efficiently, playing with the pace at which in-game time advances in every update. In other words, if it's gonna take the MC one month (for example) to get intimate with the LI, it's absurd to be on day 10 after 2.5 years since the game's initial release.
I don't know how many actual non-patch related releases there have been, but the current version number seems to be the equivalent of v0.9.2, which combined with the information in the ChangeLog section of this thread, seems to indicate there have been around 10 such releases. Which if true would equate to around 1 in-game day per release.
And after looking through the last year's worth of locked postings on the related Patreon account, and their associated dates, it seems there is an average of around 3 months between releases. So if that's true for the entire project development cycle, and if the number of releases has been around 10, then that would equate to around the 30 months you mentioned.

It's been 10 whole in-game days. Even with allowing for some things to be less accurate, a wife who had been totally dedicated to the idea of being Alan's spouse, cheating in only 10 days is unrealistic. She never had any thoughts of affections wandering before, so obviously it takes time before she's willing to be fully unfaithful.

Barely met the couple and having a hard time not wishing for an iron pipe to hit that older brother with, wow.
The way the guy has acted towards the MC, it's difficult not to suspect him of something sketchy, like liquidating their departed parents' possessions (younger then underage brother's rights be damned) for starting capital on his business or something.
Or he's a complete f##ktard of a narcissistic jerk. Both even. Taking the wife away of that guy is not cheating, it's charity.

I think the problem is not in whether the scenario presented to us is realistic or not, but rather that it took this developer 30 months to advance the story by 10 whole days.

I agree that being frustrated over not having more in the time that development has taken is reasonable. IJS that suddenly dropping a sex scene with Jennifer or something would make the game far worse. Not only did it take a long time to get there, but you then also have a pile of hot garbage after all the waiting. Compounding the grounds for criticizing the game isn't the answer. Reviews will go from "nothing happens" to "a whole lot of nothing and then a sex scene that doesn't even make sense where it's been put".
I think what needs to happen is something major that could be foreseen based on the story so far, something that would force things to move much faster. One of the more obvious plot devices could be that Alan has a major meltdown (which is completely reasonable, given his behavior so far) where he takes it out on Jennifer. (Or, obviously, he could finally cheat on her, which she would view as far worse.)
She ends up scared and crying, and the MC himself basically kicks Alan out while citing how much of an asshole Alan has been. Another couple of in-game days where she says how stupid she's felt for never seeing it, how lonely she's been, etc. She comes to realize the MC — even if he has gone dominance with her — has been a far better man than the one she married. Then you have regular progression of lewd scenes: full-on making out but stopping; massive petting, even to climax (for her especially); oral stimulation (nipples, vagina/penis, maybe even anuses); and finally sex.
The above example would take one in-game week approximately (or just over half that if two of the progressive lewd scenes happen each day after her realization). It would still mean awhile to wait (at the dev's current pace), but it would at least stay somewhat reasonable to the story while also drastically decreasing the total wait time for players to get to see sex with her. I'm not going to pretend the dev hasn't dug himself into a pit somewhat, but it does take time to climb out of the same hole.

I liked your idea, but without kicking her husband out of the house. I would put a more NTR follow-up, she takes revenge for the betrayal with her husband at home sleeping, she would have sex with his brother in the living room or in his bedroom and to spice up the story, Jennifer, very upset with her husband, ends up offering anal sex to the brother-in-law. Then she says to him; "I have something I never gave to my husband but I'm going to give it to you! Please, put in my little hole ass..."

The game is very good. One way to make the game more realistic is if it added "sexting". In real life, almost every type of corruption that involves a married woman begins with exchanging messages on cell phones, sensual photos, nudes and so on.
