if it was Tacito mod message him to let him know if not then you would have to report that the error to the dev on his patreon page there should be a email address there or on his discord

am I the only one here with failed to save on v.1.6.0 ex beta?
edited: my last (played) version are 1.4.0 ex beta, only able to save 1 on 1.6.0 ex beta then can't save after that on any given place / map.

As stated several times don't save during animations.
There are also two known points in the game where you have to use arrow instead of penis to end the sex scene , see

I didnt save during animation. but woah didnt know if saving outside animation being affected too. thx.
Why does the trainer even have an option to ask her for sex? I don't any way to get her high hearts to get sex from her

There is no aunt, but interpreted in another way, there are 2 mom's in this game so Bahn is correct in saying no, however. The mom's are Anna's mother, the Dean of the college; and Barbara's mother, the Director at the office aka your roommate's/cousin's boss.
