Not yet, It would seem that they are trying to pin anything on him at this point. :(
Well - They had that equipment for a very long time, and went with a fine comb through all that's stored on there. Obviously they could not find anything that was blatantly wrong or incriminating. I guess they are reluctant to admit they seized his stuff for nothing. Maybe they found his development files and did not liked it for some reason, but could not find anything that's legally wrong with it.
They are now just dragging their feet to "punish" him for developing VN's where sex is involved I guess. I cannot find any other reason. If they found something, anything, incriminating they would have taken action already months and months ago. It's an example of an authority that has huge problems with admitting they where even slightly wrong...

Thats sorta it, K7 expounds upon it in this post, but TLDR they didnt find any evidence of the crime we was accused of, so now they are trying to get him based on Olivia in MNM.

It's ridiculous. I'm also from germany and I can well imagine how our authorities work.
The original accusation was proven to be baseless. That is a fact. At this point the case could have been closed.

But... They found some "strange" data on his storage devices, development tools, 3D models, assets and so on.
Things he used to create his games for us and not overlooked also for his income.

In Germany there is a saying that the internet is new territory for our authorities. And there is some truth in that.
Not shure how to deal with that and possibly with the intention of condemning him for "something" (so that all the work was worth it) they now try to find or construct evidence of violations of the law. And there is another saying: The wheels of justice grind slowly. He can be happy if he ever gets his things back.

This is understandably very frustrating and added to this is the uncertainty of actually being charged with something.
But on the other hand if they had found something obviously illegal he would have known about it long ago...

It's more that the investigating police woman thinks she found something illegal and based on that, is not willing to give me a copy of my render assets ( or the harddrive that contains my render assets ) because she thinks they would give me something back that is illegal.

That is of course absolute retardation, but as long as she thinks that, we have to wait on what the state attorney says. If he/she thinks the same, then it's difficult to get the stuff back before they try to open a court case against me. Thing is, I will get my stuff back no matter what, it's just a matter of time. It could be that I get parts back before they try to get me into court, or at the very least, I will get my stuff back after the court case hearing. In any case it's just a waiting game at this point. The state attorney has been pretty quiet since my lawyer send a query in to hear her opinion on my render files. That is the only thing that matters. I have no idea what they could have possibly found on my phone, which seems to be the main indicator that the police woman thinks I'm some kind of predator. The data on my phone is completely irrelevant to my working assets, though. But even there she thought she saw characters that were underage. Not only Olivia, but also Sabrina and Lena. The thing is, she only saw 91x91 size pictures ( pixels ), that are unrendered in daz3d. If you know DAZ3D, the program creates thumbnails of your scenes. It's those files where she thinks she saw something. One of the renders, for example, is Lena holding mcs dick before she gives him a blowjob. She thinks Lena looks underage there because no breast etc. Which is... Retarded? If you know the scene and if you know Lena in general, she has pretty big breasts compared to other girls. I would get it with Olivia since when I load her into a scene she is naked. Here is the thing, though. She looks like a barbie doll in those renders. She doesnt have any genitals. And in Germany it would even be fine to have real life pictures of people that are between 14 to 17 being nude on your phone, even if its real life, as long as the picture is not heavily sexualized ( think of artistic nudes ). If you think that is retarded then I heavily agree. The big difference is though, my models don't even look remotely real. It's fucking daz3d, they are fictional depictions of women. And when the law comes to that it's a whole different story because lolicon, shotacon etc, is legal in germany.

So yeah, this is a whole fucking mess and like Knolle said, internet is "new territory", and the police woman checking my stuff is apparently of the sort that porn games should be forbidden and if someone makes money with them, he's a fucking predator and should be investigated and sentenced. This woman is basically destroying my life for over a year because of some dumb shit she thinks she found on my phone. That leads her to marking me as a predator, and we dont even have an idea what she tought she found there, because thats not in the case file yet. My lawyer thinks it could also be related to the fact that this piece of shit is still in thailand and they are trying their best to catch him, since hes the main accuser in my case. Not that it would change anything because why the fuck would they believe someone that fled to thailand so he doesnt get a 8+ year sentence in Germany for some messed up shit and even more shit he did.

Honestly sounds like after this you should be heavily compensated and this police woman fired and barred from ever taking that position again.

Fortunately we have laws that are above the personal interests of a police officer.
Even if you can't answer the question, has the person even looked at the games to which all the material belongs?
The law says: "Pornographic depictions that involve the sexual abuse of children are subject to an absolute ban on distribution."
And that's absolutely right and appropriate.
But the law also says: "The possession of depictions that depict purely fictitious unrealistic events is not unlawful."
Regardless of that, there can be no talk of sexual violence against children in your games. The exact opposite would be true.

They didn't check out any of my games yet, which is expected, since they would not be able to give a neutral take on this. They only saw the render previews and I guess the renders on my main pc, I'm not sure. If a court case happens then an independent person has to play my games, where it will be pretty clear that there is nothing illegal in any of them. Hell, if any of my games were illegal I would have problems since 5 years because all of them are available freely on the internet, not in some shady darknet corner or messed up forums.
