Before visiting her house you have to call her on the phone and date her till she invites you to her home
A lot of people already post their saves, take this one, just pick the save from the scene you want.

Sorry! I thought that you hadn't dated her yet bc with the bug you could enter Sasha's home but the game was bugged afterwards. I've tried @CHEBBOxxx variable change and worked fine, can you send your save file?

The problem with your save file is that the variable of Sashas relationship is at "20" while it should be at 50 (dont know why) this is your savegame with that variable modified, but there is a risk that you have skipped some part of the game that rised that variable to 50
