Looks like you are right, I think I had Scrappy's that he makes to work with his mod.
Edit, it's updated, well I had it, doesn't matter all good now.

Seems like they just changed it, just downloaded it again and it's there. Or maybe I made a mistake and downloaded the old patch, anyways haven't checked ingame yet.
