Yeah, it seems so. It's not stock DAZ models like in AWAM, therefore it has a lot of fan-art (btw, yours is really good). Guys doing Milfy City fan-art did some good job recreating the characters, but MSN probably doesn't have that many people wanting to do so.

By "her" I assume you mean the daughter.

You do not fuck her, at least up to 0.12. You do play with her.
