It's not possible to invert the color, but you can increase the opacity of the window where the sentences are written. If you go to game settings and change the Dialog frame

Have been following Faerin 's work and fan of MoH but this game so far is a bit disappointing. I'm not judging the lack of lewd content but I'm sad about the lack of animations, interactibility, angle variations and such things of the already existing scenes the game. Some of the animations are very jittery which are not cut scene but as u have already added motion why not make it more frames to give it more fluidity. Again I'm talking about the already existing scenes and how in future updates you could be more aware of these things. Hope this post could only do good for the game.
Is it just me or is swapping around the cards between the girls almost every session starting to get tedious?

It can be, indeed. However, in my experience it is only needed sometimes with her-who-shall-not-be-named. Having specialists (i. e. carrying all cards and objects for a certain room) plus office work is always enough for the nun, everybody else is more or less happy when I send a girl on her way. And Soph... - "SHE" - can suffer a bit once I VIPped her up.

Noticed a minor bug: Catalina's "change how she calls me" did not work with the standard names. I had her call me "Daddy", wanted to change it to "Sir" but she continued with "Daddy". The individual entry ("Something else (your choice)")however worked. With the other girls I tried a bit but did not notice any similar problems.

Oh, and another problem: when you go to Isabella but cannot get any of the cards, you're stuck.

Not that fresh, I think I started two versions ago to get a feel for it. You need it every so often in management/sandbox games because the experience is obviously very different from doing it in the order it was implemented. Suddenly you have to wiggle the training more instead of only setting the only non maxed out girl and so on. (Well, right now I just came late to the update and of course am already in the same situation that only Catalina remains, but what can you do? And yeah, maxing everything else was quick enough without getting all cards, missing the OP well
)

Playing around with it, it seems the opacity setting is not saved in the save game.
Edit to add: It reverts to 50% whenever I load or save manually.

To add to this: whatever you pick for Catalina of the "standard addresses" will go to Hana instead, it seems.
