Yeah, fair point for early game. But, even then, you don't have the cards to switch, when you're that early in the game.
So MC traits only have benefits for cards which you don't yet have.
They quickly become superfluous and, therefore, redundant, same as the cards are for you & I, now.

Seems like a fair amount of work, for very minimal value-add.

Isn't that kind of a problem with games in general? You work so hard to get that nice bonus, be it the shiny knight's armor, the warp 11 engine instead of only warp 10, or the +5% yoga card - and at the time you get it you don't really need it anymore because you got so much advancement everywhere else (now have transwarp abilities and a dragonskin armor) that it's just superfluous?

One of the underlying facts here is because this is a WIP none of us including me know what level we are playing at, that's going to be for Faerin to decide.
Although we are playing at normal level that does not mean that this will be the actual normal level in the finished product, so while everyone wants to make this easier by adding traits to the MC or extra cards they have to look at the bigger picture.
What we are playing now is only the spine really of the game, nightmare level may not even have traits for the girls that's just me saying that and not the dev.
Story mode seems to be self-evident and it will be just a playthrough of all the girls events again just an opinion, but the easier we make what we are playing now will mean that normal level will be nothing more than a walkthrough.
Again this is just my opinion and not that of the devs

thats wot i was thinking as well as the girls getting a extra trait where the girls get 6 instead of 5

With the cards & 5 traits already available it's possible to set up the girls in a way that you can VIP every guest without any card-swapping. (And do it with only 2 job cards per girl, leaving the 3 slot open for utility cards).
The most swapping I do is adding Courtesan (which isn't 'assigned' to any girl permanently) if I get caught short on a guest while I'm still leveling up the girls. And moving Librarian to whichever girl is in the Study.

Imo, a 6th trait would make the game too easy.

Which graphics card are you using? Needs to be able to run DX10.
You also need 2GB VRAM, minimum, on your GPU. 4GB recommended.
PC needs minimum 4GB RAM.

Non of that is required. Who come up with this bullshit?

All he has to do is to uninstall all Visual C++ version higher as 2015 and install VC++ 2015 (x86) first. Nothing else.

Do you have an old nVidia card? like 9600 or 9700 series or GT300 series? if so the only thing you can do is disable your video card from device manager so the game will run into software mode, because there isn't anything else that works.

Try reading the pdf attached in the FAQ. System requirements are clearly written there.
Then go talk to Sycho about the, so called, "bullshit".
I think he knows what he's talking about.

We've seen this happen to people with old GPUs that only have 1GB of RAM.
So it's not "bullshit" at all.

The system recommend was made up based on testers and Sycho's old system. There is no benchmark that supports the recommandation.

The problem with old GPUs are the drivers that don't support DX10 anymore, however switching over to Vulkan might work too.

The problem so far, non of the guys are interested to try it for a simple porn game.

I disabled the Nvidia driver. The game started, but with lags.
Enabled the Nvidia driver - the game does not start.

Can you go into Control Panel >> Device Manager >> Display adapters please and provide a screenshot of that? Also, please provide a copy of your player log as well. You can find the log by using the Windows + R keys, paste the following: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Mystwood Manor then click OK.

I'm not familiar with Nvidia cards at all, so I'm not sure. The specs look fine though, that's for sure.

The log you attached looks incomplete to me and the screenshot you provided is fine, so there's nothing you need to do there. What I would suggest is moving your game folder from:
D:/Mystwood Manor v0.7.0.9/Mystwood Manor v0.7.0.9
to D:/Mystwood Manor v0.7.0.9

Then see if you have the same issue. Also, another thing you could try is disabling G-Sync in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Am I the only one having an issue with lvl 3 guests ? when I check them in they just don't appear on the guest list..
