I would advise not trying the higher levels until your staff is leveled up. Level 5 is a challenge no matter what until you have all of the right cards, items and other settings. If you can earn enough money at level 3, I'd just stick with that until all of the girls are maxed out.
No, you can only upgrade the waiting room to medium at level 3 or higher (in "Normal" mode). There are no other upgrades there. As for the ring, explore the Manor (attic) during the day (mornings or afternoons). If you're playing in Story mode, there are no upgrades at all for any of the rooms.
For me, it’s probably Annika, Amber, Catalina and Julia in that order. I had a full-on ”awooga” moment when Annika was introduced. Watching her lose the patreon vote every month’s been killing me.
She's very pretty. And I like what we've seen from her personality so far. But her body really does very little for me. Too small, too tight.
To satisfy a customer you must meet a certain threshold score, as you can see after each interaction (unless they're VIPs). "Answering the quiz" correctly - which leads to the first "happy" comment - is a huge part of it but not the only one. The girls' experience, both level as well as experience within the level, gives another good round of points. Then you get equipment (cards, items) plus the option to work in the office to increase satisfaction by some more points.
