no in the closing days of "now and then" I kept bringing up plot lines for a continuation but it was made clear 26 was it, so I mentioned a 1year or 5 year after story about the entire town not just the main characters titled "white oak chronicles" so if ever dev painted himself into a corner he could just change focus to another plotline...

It's tough to answer it. If you think VN plus dysthopia, answer is 2. Deadmoon survival and Hot sand of Antartica. (there are few others, but the development is painfully slow. If you are flexible and it doesn't have to be VN, there are others, but I don't play it. Probable someone else will answer you.

Now & Then: Director's Cut:
I've always wanted to be a part of the movie industry so I could say "The principle photography is done." Because, unless something comes up to be squeezed into the game at the 11th hour, all the shots and animations for all the new content is done, including a new scene suggested on the Discord and something I felt was lacking from the ending content. Now? Lots and lots of testing, including making sure the baked-in stats for the Chapter Select section are accurate for a standard play-through. There might be a little more Outtakes content as I go through the old files and want to show off stuff that never made it into the game, but the rest of the work is cleanup and an attempt at a full editing sweep of the script (especially the new scenes).

You can keep her to yourself (can still get the other girls as far as I am aware). IIRC, the only thing you may miss are group scenes, but if you do not like lesb stuff, then you are not missing too much.

If i may ask, do we mean group scenes where the mc is not available or is he actively in there?
I honestly don't like watching girl on girl action that much, that being said, if he is actively there im ok with it. (Actively holding my game rn to see if i want to continue that path.)
It has been awhile since I have played, so someone correct me if wrong.
If you make Naomi bi, you will have scenes that are solely lesbian (MC not there at all). By group scenes, I mean threesomes (for any threesome, Naomi must be bi. Carol also goes bi in one ending in a threesome). If you do not want any girl on girl action with MC not there, do not make Naomi bi. You do not miss out on that much content iirc.

If you allow Naomi to go bi, there is one lesbian scene with Naomi and Sydney. It also unlocks one threesome scene with Naomi, Sydney and MC (second playthrough unlock only) and potentially a threesome scene with Carol, Naomi, and MC in the ending if your scores are high enough with Carol and Naomi - or near the endings maybe, I don't remember. But only those three scenes are unlocked (also some dialog changes, but nothing too important) by the route.
