Yep. The universe if a textbook dystopia. In dystopian universes, the pleb usually lives in shit weather, while the rich live far about the smog and see the sun.

But that would make being pale as a ghost a normal thing in the future, ¿No?, because in a dystopian setting, rich people would not have any need of watching porn streams and if they do, they probably consume internet and know about poor people.
