file has been scanned and found nothing. There's some bad things attached to all the downloads. My antivirus quarantined the file "WS.reputation.1"right away. I did a little bit of research and it looked like it might be ok so I restored the file and started the game. My antivirus went ballistic and said there was high risk suspicious activity taking place in the background and that I needed to Quarantine it immediately. Why do these Devs put viruses in their games? Stay away from this game.
I'll trust my antivirus software but you can have at it.file has been scanned and found nothing.
I DL'd both games at the same time and tried to play one and then the other. Same thing happened in both. Just warning people. You copied and pasted that comment from Beyond Persona thread or vice-versa?
before throwing shade on a devs new game with an obvious false report do research first, on this site its been mentioned plenty of times that renpy threw false positives on the 32-bit exe you can even read the official documentations on their actual siteI'll trust my antivirus software but you can have at it.
I mean it's a visual novel that you download and it shouldn't be communicating with any outside entity while you're playing. I've never had my AV alert on any other game I've played on here, but any game from this Dev and my AV goes nuts. However, for conversation's sake, let's say it is a false positive. Maybe they should remove or fix the problem file if they aren't doing it purposely. Pretty simple. Pretty common sense. Not sure why the fanboys have to jump to their defense. Let the Devs explain it.Ever heard of 'false positives'? But, you do you. Stop pushing it and trying to make the devs look bad.
I REALLY think you need to find different games to play. Stay away from Ren'py. Fanboys? I guess you don't read. I'm not a fanboy of this. But, you, really need to step off and learn wtf is going on with Ren'py before you open your piehole and accuse a dev of wrong dooing.I mean it's a visual novel that you download and it shouldn't be communicating with any outside entity while you're playing. Just block him from your games. If that's what he's doing, then block him.Explain what? This is the only "report" of something like that from the whole internet. And it's pretty "shady" to me since it's only on my both games and coming from you.
There is no problem file. The only problem is you "trusting your anti-virus".Maybe they should remove or fix the problem file if they aren't doing it purposely.
I wouldn't count clicking the first link of a Google search result as research.I did a little bit of research
Huh? Now the devs are obliged to explain to you how to use the internet? Not sure why the fanboys have to jump to their defense. Let the Devs explain it.
We could go back and forth for days but at this time, my point has been made. I can provide the logs if you like. But even then it's wasted time. I could show you that the sky is blue and you'd tell me it wasn't. Look buddy, you can download anything you want. Man, freedom is great isn't it? All I'm trying to do is warn people who might want to be cautious. I don't think that's an issue at all. And if the Dev's are stunned by this, then they will explain it. If not, you should probably do a deep scan of your computer. Just saying. There is no problem file. The only problem is you "trusting your anti-virus".

But let a "fanboy" help you out: You might want to consider givingYou must be registered to see the linksa try before spouting your nonsense again.
