In other words he lied and hasn't done any of the stuff he claimed he was doing (proofreading, bug fixes, prepping for releases) for the past 3 years.

Monthly Update: Always Has Been Edition
March is ending soon, which means it's time for the tried and true monthly update! As mentioned in my previous update, Godot Game Engine 4.0 was released as planned, after almost four years. I did some work on it and I hope it will eventually take its place among Unity and Unreal Engine as Blender has done in the 3D graphics field. But enough of that for now. With my little side quest out of the way, it's time to follow the example and finally do my own release with Offcuts 0.4. With every kind of disaster on the way, from a global pandemic to several hardware failures, it has been a long and occasionally painful journey.
Still, every journey has to end eventually and I spent most of the time this month double-checking the script and doing other final preparations. From updating Ren'Py to the latest version and re-installing the Android SDK, things look good. I'll maybe try to make a quick test release at some point to make sure my release builds still work after a few years of pause, but if something has broken, it shouldn't be that hard to fix at this point. Fingers crossed!
And as always, I'm not going to take any Patreon payments until 0.4 is out (I'll temporarily suspend my Patreon at the end of each month until then).
The rest of the post is mostly copied from my previous updates for those who are new or want to be reminded of what will be coming next. See you in the next post, thanks for your support and patience!

So, TL;DR:
* Next release 0.4 will have Alice's full storyline.
* Some new tech in 0.4: interactive 3D and pre-rendered movies, at least a few of each. When I get the pipeline (and my skills) working smoothly, next releases should have more.
* After 0.4 I will try out a bit faster release schedule with partial updates instead of releasing large, complete routes that take ages to finish. We'll see how it goes.
* Steam release at some point after 0.4 is out. Steam has been pretty random with adult games, so who knows what can happen.

It's been 85 years and now Stencilbits MAYBE will take a looksee at the game to see if it can be published!? There's not enough people in the galaxy to reach the amount of facepalming this new post by Stencilbits requires.

As always if they dont put a date in the last post (being the 30th of March at the time) that means there is no update to look forward to in April. Impressive being able to excuse yourself out of a whole month every time.

Spoilers:
-Alice Route will be complete.
-Almost done, some proofreading left.
-Android version might come in later because issues.
-Not sure if Steam will get a release since they're flip flopping thwir stance on adult games.
-after this update, updates will be shorter and more often.

Most important question is
He doesn't take pateron payments as he takes payment only once he releases update, he has no incentive to lie for so long with so many absurd reasons.
i just dont get why he even bothers, just call it quits. His game already has plenty of completed path content, why break your reputation.
i was with you till you said hoodlum, i mean thats unrealistic. i can understand where you can find a magician with Hogwards annd their global magician branches.
Also i don't think it was just a kiss, his stepbrother definitely did more cause its never just the tip.

I'm still of the mind that this is a social experiment.
How long will people stick around while receiving nothing? Stencil's experiment will give us that answer.
