Well I saw it a long time ago so I could be wrong, but I remembered that because I found it funny to see it in between all the others vehicles and the license plate got stuck in my head.... But it could be any other reason honestly, I just thought it could be that because Cari looks like a huge gamer fan.. So something like a homage..:)

He's kind of a throw-away NPC, so wouldn't be surprising. ;)

And yeah, I was the one who suggested it, seeing that customer from behind it looked like him to me, but I don't know if it's true it was just an hypothesis.:)
