I haven't actually seen Strongman utilized at all. I thought it would play into interactions with Veronica, but unless it's a hidden trigger, it doesn't seem to be relevant there at all.

It's quite remarkable that this AVN is being supported with only 400 patrons. Being able to update an AVN of this quality consistently is pretty rare on this site. Usually, AVN's this good would take much longer to complete their updates, and even then, it's not always guaranteed that they'll bring a sufficient amount of content for those who have waited. I... really do not know why this AVN doesn't have more patrons. I literally cannot find a reason.
This story is quite interesting and unique. It's the only story that I know of on this site to take such an in-depth look at prostitution and what drives women into that kind of world. I was skeptical at first, but as the story progressed, I grew to recognize the true quality of this AVN. The MC is not bland, static, nor flat, as is the case for most Main Characters of the AVN's being published on this site. The LI's are also very well-written. Even the side characters are given personalities that they stay true to throughout the AVN. It felt like a breath of fresh air to find a gem like this on this site. The antagonists are not cliche, and I frequently found myself wondering what they were up to throughout the story. To put it simply, the idea of creating a story centered around a character trying to make their financial situation better by working for a high-class brothel was simply genius. It's not something I'd normally think about or expect when looking for AVN's with good stories. Just putting the MC into a situation where their morals would constantly be challenged and put into question... it's something new and interesting. And I love it.
On a less serious note, this is the first AVN of this art style that I have ever played. When I download and play/read these AVN's, I don't do it for the lewd content at all. I mean the adult aspects are pluses, but they're not the main reason I look at these AVN's. That being said, I was totally unprepared for how attracted I'd be towards Veronica. I mean, I'm not gay or even bi, but there's just something about her that gets me going lol. This is the first time an AVN character has piqued my interest beyond writing. This AVN definitely deserves more patrons...
Edit: Sorry but I have to rant a bit. It seriously boggles my mind that AVN's like College Kings have 3,000+ patrons and yet the quality is so low. Just about everything in Pale Carnations is better than College Kings. And it's not even like a few small differences or anything. Pale Carnations is so much better that it would be hilarious to compare them. The art is leagues above CK, writing and plot are both worlds above, heck, even the lewd scenes are on another level. I really don't get it. I seriously cannot find a reason as to why Pale Carnations does not have as many patrons as that AVN. Like what is going on here? Lol

The Strongman trait is used in 2 scenes so far: Once with Felicia in the bathroom stall at the bar, and one with Rosa in the new update in her kitchen.

While I admit, I dislike much aspects of the reality of the game and the themes, a truly well done game. I admire and am in deep gratitude of the entire game, most specifically, the characters themselves and how real they are. Not something I encounter often at all, not even in the so called "AAA" titles. Its a bit of a difficult game to play due to the resonance with the dark realities that many face and how much hits home for me; I have experienced a lot MineSelf and have bared witness to far much more. I truly love the character development and how much has been put into their creation. As for the dislike aspect; its a personal thing as I happen to be selfish, possessive in this regard refusing to share but again tis a personal thing for me. My gratitude and affections to developer and for your excellent creation. May you keep it up and create wonders with this treasure of yours and many more to come.

My Veronica scenes in Gallery are crashing the game, and wasn't before I installed the mod, can you fix it?
It's a known issue, at least for a couple of her new scenes. There are also other minor details, like us fucking up and not inserting the hana+zara new animations in the script. We'll get it fixed for the Public Version.

It comes into play in the bar when the drunken bruiser tries to hit on Mina and mc takes matters into his own hands. It gives mc the option there to trash talk back at him and then tank his cheap shot with a headbutt that hurts his hand. That's followed up with mc counterattack with a one shot haymaker. The whole scene is actually pretty funny because we have this scrawny kid take off his glasses just before that and then perform like a bad ass. You'd think the dev might adjust appearances between the jock background and the other two.
That mod hasn't been updated and is incompatible with Ch3Up2. Just an FYI.

I have not played College Kings, so I can't speak to that, but the rest of this post is basically just correct. Crappy games are all over the place but this one is amazing. Please support this game - I would hate for it to disappear because there are not enough supporters. I understand times are tough but 5$ a month isn't that much.
After some time away the cliffhanger isnt all that mind blowing especially with who said it, I imagine it will be some rather tame the two most important developments are

I think this game has everything in it that people around this part kinda hate, the women here aren't princesses for the MC to deflower but women with their own experiences that are trapped in a prostitution ring and all that it entails and the MC isn't in control of it. In any other game Mina would be the virgin that the MC teaches everything sex related to, in this game she is dating and has a sex life with the MC's best friend, Rosa wouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence of another man and here i think she is the most susceptible to the clubs trepidations and Felicia would be the slut to be cured by the MC's cock, while here she is both more complex than that but also just wants to experience an active sex life.
Also, while this game is very much porn, it does have much more of a root in erotica than many other games.

True. This game is kilometers away when compared to College Kings, no offense intended but CK story bored me when i tried playing the game some time ago.
If F95zone actually used their own feature threads list to show off games every few months maybe that would help it (but that list haven't be updated in a long time).
Anyway, no spoilers for now but Veronica's interactions in this update are golden so far.

If I liked anime-like design this would certainly be one of my favorites hands down. Sadly I just cannot bear it lol.
Very well crafted characters with 3 dimensional, varied personalities and excellent storytelling with a meaningful, engaging plot; kinda makes me want to stick around just for the sake of it, despite my personal strong dislike of anime graphics. (especially to see if Felicia's objective is indeed to get to ultimately own the club like I suspect ;p)
I half-heartedly tried Carnations just out of curiosity because of the great things I had read here and there about it; I was NOT disappointed, but instead I found myself pleasantly surprised for liking it this much. Excellent job, hats off!
