what variable do i need to change to have the date with veronica? I thought i did everything right with her lol. She won't go out for drinks with me. It said you need to hug her? but their is no hug variable.

Okay so as this update was focused around Ol' Ronnie I've been having a think about a way for her to end up being permanently tied to the club, but in a happy nice way, as I'm desperate for a Veronica Fel throuple wifey situation (as unlikely as that may be).
I think maybe it could be solved by the club using her gym to launder money. She'd still get to be all mega intense about the gym so it'd only attract a few clients but ones that share her very hardcore attitude, but it'd no longer matter if it was a viable business or not. Only problem is I'm not even sure if the club would need that, as they can probably account for all the money by being a fancypants elitist institution, and just not mentioning the whores. The only other way I could see it would be to have all the prostitutes attend her gym to keep them in shape, or let the gym fold by have Veronica set one up for the girls inhouse, but that doesn't seem as neat and tidy.
The Fel part is easy, use the clubs connections to fuck over her husband somehow so she can divorce him and take all his money regardless of wat kind of prenup there was. She'd then buy out Kathleen's share to become the queen of the club. As while I really like Kathleen I've never forgiven her for saying the MC can't get her pregnant any more (the only less sexy thing than that would be to say she doesn't want it). So I dunno what to do with her, as I want her killer mind intact but somehow hopped up on aphrodisiacs and cock addicted so she becomes the head girl and uses all her wit to get the only thing she now cares about might work.
MC just needs to inherit Chuck's share having somehow pushed Killian aside. Previously I wanted to knock up Mina then have Chuck ban him from the club to focus being on a father, but I guess that'd not work now. Though I do want to get Mina working at the club asap and then get to see Killian's reaction when he sees her slobbering over a few old men's dicks... so I'll need to keep him around long enough for that.
Hana would inherit August's share maybe when he gets killed in some kinda dirty business. Kathleen would then be rightly concerned how her goody goody attitude would mess with the club and so would find some way to mindbreak her with those drugs and keep her as the bartender but also a house girl making her share a silent partner. This'd be prior to the MC then in turn doing basically the same to Kathleen as previously mentioned, having learned it from her while helping do it to Hana.
No interest in Rose really other than as a conduit to seeing the mother doing porn, and I'd rather go to the source for that. I imagine some kinda scenario near the end when she falls on hard times again and the MC has the choice to now either sell the share of the club he's gotten from chuck to stop her spreading her legs on camera again, following a normal life, and becoming a doctor... or maybe by this point he's so deep in it he lets it happen so he doesn't have to sacrifice his club action. It'd be interesting to see if he hates it, gets off on it, or even tries to take things over and make her do some blindfolded scenes where he's the stuntcock without her knowing.

You need to raise Veronica's friendship score high enough to get the choice for Edwin to hug her after Kathleen pretty much rapes her.

She'll say no, but then call up later to invite the MC, so I presume it's the "veronicaFriend" flag... there was a choice ages ago when she was crying and naked where you could hug her and say you wanted to be her friend.
Edit: Yeah is splits slightly earlier in the convo when MC says something about how she's making it hard work for just a how are you...

Let you give me my take on this.
There are just 2 main girls that are possible love interest and not working as a prostitute or a carnation girl. There are other girls as well, like your boss and other minor characters, but they are not possible love interest.
Of that 2 love interest, one is currently in a relationship and are having sex offscreen. The other one is currently not attached to anyone.
If the of the 3 main carnation girls 1 is married and can have onscreen sex depending on your choice, one can have on screen sex depending on your choice and the other one, is relatively untouched at this stage (Except if you count lesbian action as NTR)
You can get attached to some of the other girls as well, but they are prostitutes and definitely have sex with other men (Most off screen, but some on screen)
So to answer you question. It is not an NTR focused game. But it is in a brothel setting and lots of other men have sex with girls you might like.
Having said that, the girls you can pursue into some kind of relationship (not just sex) at this stage, once in a relationship does not cheat on you.
Another update, another opportunity to savour the relationships in the story. I do have to say that the scenes away from the exhibitions, and the ones that are club adjacent rather than the club situate, are my favourite, and so both this update and the previous update were quite welcome.
As always, the presentation and visual quality of the game just continue to improve and excel. In trying to catch all my saves up to speed (there are now 38 pages of them at various junctures for the various paths), I ran a few saves from the early days to the present, and the improvements to an already visually well-defined product was nothing short of remarkable. A fair few of the visual shortcomings from the first few chapters, such as overly pale skin on certain characters and the relative lack of details in the male cast due to HS restraints, have now all been smoothed over. One observation I made was that I can now actually buy into the idea somewhat that Ian's as good looking as the characters in the game make him out to be.
The texture of skin, the detail in their hair, these little things that build up over time culminated in me being almost startled when we call Felicia to check up on her and the camera zooms in to show a beautiful profile of the blonde in her bikini. The way the gold and yellow colours of her outfit and hair worked off of each other with the lighting, especially the flowing strands of Felicia's hair, *chef's kiss, looked simply phenomenal. I honestly am amazed that GIL is able to get these sorts of results from the HS engine and continues to push the limits on a relatively dated character creator (RIP Illusion).
Ian and MC's new hairstyles were also quite refreshing, though I will miss how perfectly his previous hairstyle matched the dweeb persona that I've embraced. I could see MC's hair working especially well to give Patrick Bateman style slimey vibes in a more sadistic playthrough. I think him freshening up and meeting Veronica also caught her by surprise with how well put together he looked, but I'll have more to say when I talk about her scenes specifically.
It was another thoroughly great update, even if I'm not the biggest Veronica enjoyer. I do think that there was also plenty of other content and progressed several plot points, and has whet my appetite for the next update.

Really liked this update, brought me closer to understanding Ian, Rosalind and Veronica(played both options at the end, will stick with the one where we spend far more time with her, the other seems almost throwaway or for the more cold-hearted).

So i did a search and it's clear this game is not going for incest with the mom. But, given that she's there, she's made very lovable and we're made to feeeel for her... why isn't incest on the table? Like, is it just a personal preference thing or simply not what this story is about or is it just cause it keeps Patreon of your back? I want mommy dearest to be well taken care of, have all her needs fulfilled but there's no dude in the game that i've seen so far that would be 'good enough' for her in my eyes... oh god, i just realised, she doesn't get involved with the club does she? The problem is the mod worked for a random save I found here, most of the broken saves also don't work on the fresh install of the game.

TD1900 Damn it man, I can't tell if I want to go through with fucking Veronica or not. On the one hand, the game and dialogue kept telling me over and over not too.
On the other hand, the scenes are just so freaking hot. And the pool talk about shotput was awesome.

You can always skip this update and wait for the next one at least 4 months (probably more), it shouldn't make you any difference. Meanwhile the rest of us prefer shorter intervals between updates instead of waiting 8 months or more.
TD has been very clear from the start and in this very thread (and on patreon and on Discord) he emphasised (several times, starting 4 months ago when previous update came out that it might be the case if they won't decide on bigger update) that if you're not on Veronica's path the update may feel short. In the OP you also have clear changelog so the choice is very simple.
