1. No, not all the characters will show up. Some are scrapped for good, others are waiting for their turn. We're planning 5 new girls for PL2, and a big cast or returning girls... just trying to make sure they all get enough content is going to be a push

That's a bit disappointing, but makes sense. Not every piece of content makes it into the final product. But at least the Japanese Duo (mother and daughter?) made it into the final cut. Would you be willing to say which characters got cut for good? Or is that question a spoiler?

2. It'll load the Epilogue save ( epilogue.sav ) if that exists, otherwise latest game save by date to grab stuff like girl names and various smaller choices made. If you want to use a specific save, just copy it and rename the copy to epilogue.sav.

I still want to complete PL1 before I start playing the sequel. So the epilogue.sav is automatically unlocked for the one save file that completed the entire story? Also, can you watch sex scenes from PL1 in PL2? Or is that what gallery mode in PL1 is for? On the subject names, I could understand wanting to give names to say, your player character, your bar or Reyna's products, but why make the names of flowers changeable? Not saying you can't do that, it's your game after all. I'm just saying that I'm the type of player to leave the names of items as important as the flowers as is. Because I'm way more likely to remember a flower's default name than whatever joke name I'd come up with for a Rose.

3. We fight hard to not break savegames; over 2 1/2 years of developing PL1 we avoided a hard break, so we intend to continue doing that.

Thanks for that. Though if there comes a point where that becomes physically impossible programming wise, I wouldn't blame you. But still, thanks for making that work out for so long despite the programming difficulties that may cause.

A little disappointed that the threesome games are like "you want them, pay more". But considering the price is for the games + updates(compared to other games where updates are locked behind a Patreon) I can't get that mad.
I will probably buy it anyway But would have gladly paid if the first game had a little more 3some scenes and was not just focusing in adding new girls.

Have you checked the debug menu? It does not seem to affect achievements. Maybe you can flip the switch from there and move on.

Yep I have checked the debug menu and the inquiry that was asked was to getting an achievement completed therefore it would appear by your statement that you've not completed the specific achievement much like most here as I've checked with searching and quite the low percentage of people acquired it.

I guess that makes sense from a certain point of view. I personally would just keep the default name for the flowers because it seems like a good idea to learn the actual names of said flowers. Because a botanist isn't going to know what you're talking about if you ask for a "bloopity bloop" flower.

I don't know how many new characters will make into completed game but in the first build there will be Emi and Ryoko (two japanese girls) and from old cast: Olga, Andrea, Jenny, Raven, Maria and briefly Cath, Gabby, Karen, Mi-Sun and Tori (last two only on-line)

So - I'll keep this short. We have the Paradise Lust 2 Early Access build ready to go, but Steam is taking a few extra days to approve it. The short version of the story is we accidentally left a Patreon link in the build and that got them all hot and bothered (in a bad way) so we had to remove it and resubmit. This was on a Friday, and they don't work weekends... so now we're in the queue.
Anyway, we are hoping to have it up within 24 hours or so, but it's entirely up to Steam approving it. Hopefully that's soon. Hang in there - we'll notify you all here when it happens.

Karen was hot. Admittedly annoying, but she was the closest PL1 had to a slightly chubby thicc girl considering her in-game stats.

Not sure that's really the case (unless your preference goes way more BWW, in which case, yeah... no ++ size girls)

Kind of sucks we don't get any more visibly chubby chicks no matter how slight their weight may be. But it makes sense lore wise. The beauty pageant scene doesn't seem like the kind of scene that would approve of slightly overweight women.

I'm kind of disappoint that Tori, being born in the 1980s, never once mentioned her biological clock to the MC. she's running out of time. I hope you rectify that in the sequel. I'm not saying MC needs to breed all the women. Many of them are probably young enough to not want it yet, but some are right there in the bullseye range of either having kids ore being genetic dead ends. Have mercy on them.
