I seem to be stuck in a loop in the Central Main Corridor, right after encountering Korinna. I can only move around each room and can't progress past the west wall with the gold keyhole

and I can't find any way to progress.

ETA: Started a new game, did a bunch more stuff before arriving at the same position. Got the key again but it doesn't show in the inventory. Is this just the end of the current content?

The Dev wrote something along the lines that this is the end of the current update.

Some other thing, is the inventory not working at the moment, or are keys not showing up in there?

mega link is broken again.. missing decryption.
Seems to be working fine for me, I recreated it just in case.
Uh. Is it normal that my save from PathsR8 doesn't work for this version ?
Probably? New versions will usually have new variables or arrays that need to be initialized at game start in Twine which would probably cause issues if not present in saves. I'm no expert at twine's inner workings though. Bugfixes will probably work though, unless the bug was something wrong with that same initialization.

I didn't bother to put the keys in the inventory since you just use it automatically as soon as you walk into the corridor with it. I suppose I could add a small entry for it next release.

And yes, there is no content other than Korinna on the second floor as of now, once you get to her, that's it. I probably should have inserted a little thing after Korinna stating that clearly.

Well no, it's a male dog and the gay content in this game is going to be fairly limited. There will be a touch here or there in certain very specific situations, but it's just not something I'm interested in for the most part, and I doubt I'd be able to write it well because of that. As to why the dog can knock you up at all, well, you are in the temple of an actual god of fertility and birth, and he probably thinks it's hilarious.

As for in general, I would hazard as a guess that most people do not find dogs sexy. If a dog is fucking a sexy woman, then there's a sexy woman to be interested in. If it's a guy fucking a dog, unless you find men or dogs sexy there's really nothing there to attract your interest unless the sheer perversion of it is enough for you. Plus there's the factor that if it's the animal on the receiving end it smacks more of animal abuse, which is kinda just sad. If it's a male animal and it's the one doing the work at least you can assume it wants to be doing it.
Male or Female it would still fall under animal abuse.
A male dog is going to want to mate with a female regardless as they are acting out of instinct rather then for the pleasure of it.

But it seems that it's okay if a human female does but not if it's a human male doing it because then it's wrong.
Do you not see the double standard in that?
Because i really don't see the difference was basically my point.

Don't really care if people are into bestiality, you do you.
Most males when the hormones are at their peek and are desperate for release pretty much would want to fuck anything with a hole.
And over the years i have read comments of guys fapping (On the source material page) to things they wouldn't normally and isn't until they have achieved post nut clarity that they comment, why did i fap to that.

Being male myself i personally prefer to play as a male character in a game as i generally try to insert myself as that character.
And last i checked i don't have boobs so that more or less ruins the immersion when i look down and have breasts, or i am lacking certain equipment in a adult sex game.

In adult sex games it kinda bugs me when there is more content when you play female then male when the option to play either is available which is something more evident that one is more favored than the other in adult games.
That was my thought to my first comment.

Not trying to discourage or be rude, just giving you my prospective/opinion of the subject.

StratosDBG Forgot to mention that Korinna's ritual branch for female-to-male is open for male MC, but as this was a partial update, I don't know if you temporarily intended that or not.

You manage to get shakily up on your own two feet, barely. As the person draws near, you take a closer look at them. They're wearing a soft white peplos, which flows down to their feet, over which is laid a grey epiblema, secured at the right shoulder by a peronai in the shape of a woman; a large fold is pulled up over their head as a hood, shadowing their face. Now that you're closer, the shape of their body, their gait, and their height compared to your own make you certain the figure is a woman.
I read a lot, including webnovels and mostly there I see this 'they/them' nonsense. In the end, it's always a woman, no exceptions. Big reveal scene, really kept me in suspense, woohoo.
The only thing it serves is to confuse the reader doubting it's one or more people.

What's so difficult about writing "there is a woman approaching"
It also rarely serves any purpouse, almost like it's a compulsory thing to include in the story to signal the world that "look at me being inclusive, I belong to the cult, praise me."

Pretty sure the intent here is not a dramatic gender reveal (that idea is itself kinda WTF, if you ask me), rather to convey that MC is still fuzzy and kinda out of it.

That said, that's an interesting observation, I'll try to remember that whenever I see those kinds of scenes.

Yeah, absolutely no clue as to why, I can only guess. The author can clearly write well, so why not just something like this.

It's the same thing, just removed the gender vomit.

The words they and them have been around for over a hundred years, and their use to describe someone whose gender is unknown is quite commonplace. From the Oxford English dictionary:

they /T͟Hā/
pronoun 1. used to refer to two or more people or things previously mentioned or easily identified.
2. used to refer to a person of unspecified gender.

them /T͟Hem,T͟Həm/
pronoun 1. used as the object of a verb or preposition to refer to two or more people or things previously or easily identified.
2. used after the verb “to be” and after “than” or “as”.
3. referring to a person of unspecified sex.

Also, the intention is not to be suspenseful, the intention is to be immersive, it's rather difficult to tell the gender of someone in a robe and hood from a couple of hundred feet away, particularly when you just suddenly woke up in a strange place with no idea what's going on and a head full of fuzz. This is a game, and all the information presented is from the perspective of the player in their character's body.

If a couple of words used correctly in a few sentences trigger you to the point of ranting about inclusiveness in a porn game where you can rape your sister, you're gonna need to get a thicker skin if you're gonna continue using the internet.

I'm not ranting about inclusiveness, feelings or politics, I'm ranting about the fact that, because of the usage, I go cross-eyed at nonsensical paragraphs and the strange phenomena that it somehow must be included in so many webnovels/indie games, like it's some kind of rule that must be followed for it to be included. That, and why it's only used for women. Many authors use it ad nauseam early in the story, laying it on extra thick, then drop it entirely. After that they hapily have characters adress a woman as 'master' or 'demon king' instead of mistress, my lady, or demon queen. You'd be surprised how often I come across it. Or in short, it reads like crap thanks to that.

Maybe it was used in the past, but we don't live in the past, and not many would understand you if you want to fully commit to that. You'd also get the back of your head smaked when you go all shakespeare exclusively in your daily life. The whole they/them stuff is just something recently exhumed during the tumblr age, culltivated on twitter and since some people there think it represents the whole world, everyone must be using it. Or so they think.

The problem is, while you say it is meant to be immersive, it does the complete opposite by completely distracting the readers, questioning their own imaginations, by picturing a group that suddenly turns out to be a single person. It's like you're fully immersed reading dostojevski and suddenly get a classic porn game MTL paragraph inbetween making you feel completely thrown out of the loop and difficult to continue.

Anyway, apart from my little rant about that, I'm quite enjoying your game. Keep it up. ;)
