Well I did extract it to my old PQ folder, that one had the patch. Will try it again.

You just copy the Save folder from the old to the new version. Alternatively, you overwrite the old version with the new one.

I need to get a dog for Mia, I've already been to Frida's house and I've already saved her pets and I've already fixed the lock on her door, the question for her appears but of the 3 options I tried all 3 but she doesn't sell and doesn't even give me no pet, I don't know what else to do.

I want to know whether it's a bug or I messed up somewhere.
If you chose a wrong response/action, she will be mad. This game is very complicated, I'm tired of doing the right things and it turns and moves things buggy here too, I saved Frida's pets and fixed the padlock on her door, I need to get a dog for Mia and this Frida there won't fix it no way, and it has the 3 dialogue options in Frida's box, this is the most complicated rpg I've ever played in my entire life.

I agree with you friend, I went back to save 3 times before asking her and I tried the 3 options but it didn't work!!
She needs to like you a lot, those puppies are like her family. just rescuing them and giving a couple of vegetables isn't enough.
Failing to respect her boundaries & not submitting to her games lowers her affection, I can't remember the exact value, but I think it needs to be around 80-90. TBH I usually just edit it in save editor (I really don't like playing as a submissive).

It's a long time to do all this to get a pet, man, what a complicated game, I'm already tired of following several videos on youtube but it still takes forever to get things.
You must not play any real rpgs then, just porn versions, if you think THIS game is the most complicated rpg.
It's a big game, one of the few that is actually is a proper game, as opposed to just a slideshow of scenes. Getting the dog is essential to progressing Mia's story line as well as Beth's and maybe even the main story (I've never not done it so I'm not certain, someone else will confirm or refute I'm sure).It's a long time to do all this to get a pet, man, what a complicated game, I'm already tired of following several videos on youtube but it still takes forever to get things.
